Bemi is a self-taught artist based in downtown Houston, Texas. Navigating life with autism, cPTSD, OCD, and prosopagnosia, her perspective brings detail and depth to her work. From a young age to recent years, her pieces have been featured in galleries and gained numerous awards. She was invited to Pixar Studios for the making of WALL-E and briefly attended the University of Texas at Austin to pursue filmmaking.

Bemi's work is detailed and colorful, featuring worlds and characters reflecting her experiences. She currently focuses on graphic novels and webcomics alongside occasional installations and live drawings. When she's not scriptwriting, storyboarding, illustrating, painting, or sculpting, she enjoys music and actively advocates for equality.​​​​
